About us
“Every piece of land carries a story in its curves. Our role is to read that story and shape it into a lasting home.”
AP Realty was founded in 1965 by Shri Purshottam Chellaram Bhagtani. Three generations on, the family still chooses every plot, reviews every plan and stands behind every handover. We build standalone buildings, one at a time, where quality is personal and timelines are kept.

In their words
“I explored thirty to forty projects in Santacruz, Khar and Bandra. AP stood out for its rare blend of design, planning and value.”
“What stood out was the personal involvement of the promoters themselves. They took the time to understand us, and addressed every concern with patience.”
